The CVSup binaries which used to be in this directory were all
afflicted with the "s1g" bug, which gave incorrect timestamps to
files updated on or after Sun Sep 9 01:46:40 UTC 2001. Updated
binaries for most platforms can be found at:
http://people.freebsd.org/~jdp/s1g/
